In an email to Narcity, a spokesperson for the company revealed that any benefits associated with a role "vary by country, position, and length of service. The consulting engineering firm launched their First-Time Home Buyers ' Assistance Program to "to address the evolving needs of employees and help remove the barriers to home ownership," according to a press release.
The program is designed to "enhance the employee experience and establish the firm as an industry leader championing professional and personal development," reads the press release.
