This company has a lot of opportunities to grow within the company. We care about customer service and great service. Great working as a team and work with sense of urgency. The store is very clean and food is fresh.
Workers are not all treated that great and manager is isnt always understanding. This job does offer flexible hours but is not always true to the point. Pay is not bad, for starting wage is more than the minimum wage. Treatment of crew is not fantastic, but usually is easy to work around. I work to service my customers in a fast timing manner.

A typical day a work managing lower food cost versus profit Scheduling all employees, hiring new employees responsible for training all employees including management on safety and food handling procedures,handling team building and mediating all personnel, ensuring all customers are handled in a timely and courteous manner, and served with a quality product. I learned how to maintain a clean Restaurant and how to handle all positive and negative customer service issues. I became the training manager for surrounding restaurants focusing on a positive restaurant staff and a clean restaurant for the customers.
Management was very unpredictable. We worked very hard to offer good training and teach excellent customer service. Controlling food cost and waste was an issue and labor. We were able to work on this within 6 months at 4 store locations bringing in a profit. Workplace culture was better with a more reliable staff and a better wage.
The hardest part of the job was to keep good employees working at minimum wage. They could move on to a better wage job easily once they had the correct skills in place. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with a team to deliver a quality product and earn high scores on secret shops and store ratings. Pros free lunches. Cons long hours, no benefits.
